Cannot access to FIM throught address public IP

Dear experts,

When we try to access to the FIM by @ public ip http://40.79.81.150:8080/fim/index.html?app-def=fim.xml, it shows us a blank page (see screen shot)
The same problem if we try to type the URL with the public ip address locally (from the FIM server)
The access to FIM Admin interface is well "http://40.79.81.150:8080/fim/admin"
