Cannot able to get Disclosure management addin in word

Hello Experts,

Can anyone help me in Finding out Why I Cannot able to get Disclosure management addin in word but can be able to see in Excel, Tried enabling from COM Addin, and updated registry but no luck.

My Disclosure Management addin version is 10.3 and Excel Microsoft Office 2010.

FYI: I got similar Kind of error in another way around, like issue in excel but word is okay.

Hello priyankagarg2703,

You should check out SAP Note 2415648 (remember to do changes by running apps as Administrator), and also check if other add-ins are in conflict with DM by disabling them before enabling DM add-in. Also you might want to "repair" your Office apps using standard Windows features from "Program and Files".
