Cancellation document sent for authorization to Municipality

Dear Colleagues

We are using Cloud NFSe. We have recently upgraded to S/4 HANA 1909 and since than the cancellation documents are being sent automatically to Municipality for approval. Please guide if you have witnessed such a situation
