Can you reverse a proposal budget after it's been updated to an award?

I am trying to update a proposal budget that I made a mistake on. I entered the date as 11/1/2022, and it needs to be 10/31/2022. However, it's already been updated to an award. When I go back to the proposal, I am unable to reverse it. I searched the document number on Modify Grant, but the reverse button and the edit button are grayed out.

Can you please be more specific when you mention 'proposal budget'? What type of the document do you mean? Is it budgetary document, introduced, for example, by FMBB transaction, or something else?
