Can we submit Access Request without any role assignment in SAP GRC AC??

Hi All,

Is there a possibility to submit Access Form in SAP GRC Access Control without any Role assignment and only adding system. My requirement is to change some details of the user like user group and email id.

Please let me know.

Yes, you always can do that. Are you facing any issue if you just add the system to the access request and submit it?

Hi, can confirm; is possible.

The Access Request has several types. Select Change and sumit the data. Alternatively you can use the standard webservice for it.

Yes Madhu - Under New Account Type, when I submit Access request without any roles, System is throwing error to select at least one Role while submitting Access request.

Hi Venkata,

Please go to EUP settings and make the mandatory setting as "NO" for roles and then you should be able to submit request without roles.
