Can we maintain multiple approvers for Business role in GRC with all the approval being Mandatory. Currently if one approver approves the request, the request gets processed.

Yes.

1. maintain multiple approvers in Business role (make sure all are primary, and Assignment approvers)

2. in MSMP stage 5, for the role owner stage, select Approval Type as "All Approvers" instead of "Any One Approver".
