Can't install EPM add-in

Dear experts,

When I install EPM add-in, the system alway prompt that "Visual C++ 2010 redistributale is required", then stop. Even the "Visual C++ 2010 redistributale" has been installed well in my computer. Please look at  the picture on the attachment.  My OS is window 10 traidional Chinese, work in simplification Chinese.

Hello Capgemini,

It seems that EPM add-in is not compatible with the x64 OS version. Could you please install the x86 version of Visual C++ 2010. This should resolve your issue.

Dear Rahul,

Sorry, I'm not sure why the attachment is missed.  The question is when I install the EPM, the system prompt me "Visual C++ 2010 redistributale is required". Actually, the VC++ 2010, 2015 have been installed on my computer.  My Operation Systeim is window 10 traidional Chinese, work in simplification Chinese.
