Can SPL will block though BP is added in Positive list

Hi Friends,

I have one issue, its regards to SPL check. BP (ROBERT) is added to positive list, but with the same name ROBERT is added in SPL denied party list, my question is system consider SPL list according to that it will block or since the BP is added to positive list it will ignore..?

Rao, once a BP is on positive list, its not checked any more.
