We have recently updated our system with support pack SAPK-90114INSAPSLL and we notice the below discrepancy.
We can successfully PGI an outbound delivery for a STO having a legal control-license block. With our earlier support pack level (SAPK-90014INSAPSLL) we received a error message "SAP GTS: Legal Control: Purchase order && is locked". Any body else has faced this issue. I did not find any relevant notes from SAP for this issue. The STO and the delivery has one item, a single batch and we are delivering the entire STO quantity.
