Can not find app - Edit Actual Costing Runs (CKMLCP)

Dear all:

According to Scope item 33Q, I want to test Actual Costing Runs, but I cannot find the app - Edit Actual Costing Runs (CKMLCP) in My Public Cloud System. Even though I have added the business catalog 'SAP_FIN_BC_IA_AC_PER_ACT_PC '　according note 3408712.

Does anyone know where the problem lies?

Hi @wangxlbest,

Could you try this: Go to Maintain Business Users app (with administrator role), check your user's "Last Updated On" time, if it's not recent, try to navigate to the relevant role (e.g. inventory accountant) assigned to your user, delete your user from roles' assigned user and re-assign your user to this role. The assignment should be activated automatically and immediately after this. 

Then you can check your authorized apps again.

Thank you for your enthusiastic reply. I have already resolved the issue.

The solution is to refer to Note 3355170 and add a catalog to the standard inventory roles. (Previously, I created a new role myself, so there may have been some issues.)

Thanks for your reply. You may need to confirm with your administrator about 33Q activation and business catalog assignment. Apart from that, could you also let me know if you have access to other apps beyond 33Q?

Hi @wangxlbest,

SAP_FIN_BC_IA_AC_PER_ACT_PC (Actual Costing - Periodic Activities) is the correct business catalog (BC). If you have activated 33Q and assigned your user with a role that contains the BC, you should be able to find CKMLCP directly on your Fiori launchpad, or via searching the transaction code in the search bar or in the App Finder (in Me area).

Can I ask if you have access to other Actual Costing apps, such as 

• Delete Actual Costing Runs
• Display Actual Costing Result
• Activity Consumption Analysis

From the answers, maybe we can find some clues why you miss CKMLCP. Thanks!
