Can I use Measure for a dimension other than Account to get YTD data?

I am currently in SAP BPC 10.1 Standard making a report through the EPM plugin. I have the following situation and it is that in the current report it is displayed by a dimension called "Item" at the row level. The dimension "account" in this report only has the member "Account Not Applicable - ACCOUNT_NA". When I try to change the Measure from Periodic to YTD it doesn't work. I understand that this would be due to the Measure that is configured in BW. But is there any possibility to create a Measure with a dimension other than "COUNT"?

The following image is an example of what happens to me;

it shows the same in the measure Periodic and YTD.

On the other hand, when I create a report with an account and the member of the "Rubro" dimension, I leave it "Does not apply" there if it lets me see the periodic and the Year to Date correctly.

It depends on ACCTYPE of ACCOUNT_NA

Looks like it's AST or LEQ - BS account.

BS accounts are always YTD even in PERIODIC model. That's the reason you have the same values in YTD and in PERIODIC.

If ACCOUNT_NA will be EXP or INC you will see correct results.
