Business Role Provisioning in SAP GRC ARM 10.1

Hello everyone;

I have been working in a implementation of SAP GRC 10.1, currently in a design phase and the client wants to configure business roles concept for user access requests, they expect that the ARM provisioning those roles automatically. So I have a few questions;

1.Is it possible to define a business role linked to a job position? What I mean is, if i have a user request for any job position, I just need to select a position for this user and then automatically the business role appears in the request instead of a common role search.

2. It SAP GRC has a table where define this relationship between a job position and business role?
