Hi Team,
In our ongoing project we have integrated Subscription billing with SAP S4H public cloud.
We have a customer's requirement to setup bundle products in Subscription billing.
We don't have a scenario of solution order in our project.
Currently there are subscription products that can be sold individually or also as a part of bundle
Example:
Bundle product name : A1 Pack
items part of this bundle : RAM, License, OS
We have maintained above items as custom references in the product master in A1 Pack in Subscription billing. And A1 Pack has its price.
thanks

Hi Ankit
I understand your question in a way, that depending on the fact if you use a (sub)product as an "option item" underneath a main product, you want to determine a different GL account.
To achieve this, you may use a custom field in the BDR and billing document on S/4 side. And apply a similar logic as described here:
https://community.sap.com/t5/enterprise-resource-planning-blogs-by-sap/implementing-automatic-accoun...
To fill the custom field, you need to adapt the iflow for SB bills similar as described here: https://community.sap.com/t5/financial-management-blogs-by-sap/integrating-custom-references-with-sa...
Another thought: the scenario of bundles is something supported in a better way in the context of the solution order. And the requirement like yours is not comming up the first time in this context. Not only subscriptions, but all components of a bundle may require a different GL account when being used in the bundle context.
The account determination is a potential future feature candidate in this context. And hence your feedback would be valuable, if the solution order is an option for your scenario.
Best regards
Stefan
