Bulk Copy paste/delete to Analysis office AO

We have developed an Input template in SAP BPC AO, now the users have prepared their data in excel.

When the users are trying to copy paste or delete bulk data from excel to AO, it give error as

"An exception Occur. BI Disconnected"

"Matrix Points cannot be negative"

But where as if we try to do the same in pieces it works.

We have are on latest version of AO, ie AO2.8 SP06

Hello Rohan,

You may be seeing a bug. This was reported in version 2.7 as well. Try to clear the conf files (from all locations) and give it a try.

If the impact is large-scale I suggest you open an incident under Component:BI-RA-AO-XLA

Hi Rohan - please click the button "folder for the log file" and have a look.

SAP also recently released this SAP Note https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/0002979452 - while it doesn't exactly match the issue, it may help.
