Hi,
We have separate budget every year. We are facing a issue while doing MIRO in current year of previous year MIGO. system is giving error of budget unavailability. In the error i found out that it is checking budget in previous year.
Why it checking budget in previous year. Please help to resolve

First of all, you have to carry-forward your commitments to the next year. Was it performed?
If you don't execute carry-forward of the commitments, you can always encounter a problem of 'incorrect' year budget check.

Hello,
As you have done the MIGO (Goods receipt) in last year it means your actual stock is updated in last year, so system is checking last years budget. check whether there is any amount available in last years budget which will help to accomplish this MIRO. One more thing also try to post the document in last financial period. but obviously you must have a initial talk with your finance department.
