Budget Structure Dump

We are having a run time error with our fund management structure.

We seem to generate many records (around 8M).

We already tried optimizing it in the FM9K transaction by deleting data that is not used anymore but the problem is still coming up and it results in inconsistencies where we do have budget but SAP says we dont and we can can not even do MIGO or other processes in some cases.

Please advice any idea.

I get the following text:

SAP paging overflow when storing data in the ABAP/4 memory.

Termination occurred in the ABAP program "SAPLKBPP" - in "BP_DETERMINE_OLEDNR". The main program was "BPINDX03 ". In the source code you have the termination point in line 2843 of the (Include) program "LKBPPF04".

It looks like you are still using Former budgeting. Consider to migrate to BCS., especially if you work with such volumes. What the run-time error exactly is?
