Budget report for actual commitment for top Managment

Dear All,

we have requirement from business management. they want to budget report for actual commitment. they just want to know where we consumed our budget in PR-PO and invoices. we provide the Zbudget report of standard report FMAVCR01. But they don't want to replicate the documents. Suppose we committed budget on PR then system send the budget on PO and they minus budget on PR document. they want to remove this one also.

Your requirement is not clear... what do you mean by not 'replicating' documents. If both PR and PO consume your budget, then the commitment of PR is 'replaced' by the commitment of PO.

First of All Thanks for reply. you are my Guru.

We have BCS budgeting. My clients wants report. Actual Commitment report. Their simple query please tell me the items where we consumed our budget, How many PR PO and others we have created and it should match FMAVCR01 report. They are not interested in side +/- items are there. They want to know how much budget we have and where we consumed. they are checking the PO value but in 9H it is coming same amount in +/-. We suggest to FMRP_RFFMEP1AX report also. but again same thing +/-. so In this case we should follow 9I or 9H.

How to find out the actual budget which they have consumed and tally in FMAVCR01 report.

Hi,

Ok, so your client basically wants to see how much they committed on the budget, and not consumed counting also actuals, which, in many cases, will reduce the commitment consumption. Well, you can use FMRP_RFFMEP1OX report, then. If you want to see it on documents level.

For totals, you can create a user report in report painter based on 4FM library, excluding 0200 amount type (reduction) from the amounts of your commitments (PR,PO).

I tried in FMAVCR01 and total subtotal and filter as per their requirement. i tried to remove 0200 (reduction) but after this my consumed amount total has changed. Now how we can remove the 0 subtotal amount. 2nd screen short only subtotal amount can come with text.

Obviously it will change, as you remove reductions of your commitments from your consumption. I'm afraid there could be misunderstanding of what your client wants to see, though. Once more, if they want to know how much was committed (without any impact of what out those commitments was invoiced), or they want to see budget consumption (commitments and actuals) all along.
