Budget report FMRP_RW_BUDCON not impacted

We implemented funds management at client level. But two company codes do not have impact on their loaded budgets. Transactions go through without impacting budget report FMRP_RW_BUDCON even though AVC is active.

Is FM active at a global level in configuration? Go to SPRO > Public Sector Management>Basic Settings> Activate Global Funds Management Functions (PSM-FM)

Thanks Tammy for the idea. The two coy codes were not checked in the settings.
