Currently budget is not commit at Order creation level for PM related orders. Budget is consumed at issuance against PM Order. The Budget must be Committed at Order creation level. Please guide !!
For material reservation from PM, you have to execute RFFMRP_MAT_RESERVATION report (FMRESV_EF_CREATE transaction) to have the commitments inscribed in FM.
I believe what you call 'issuance' is a release of PM order, right? With standard process, commitments are created only upon release. You might need to work with Earmarked funds, if you want to create commitments on an earlier stage.
Thanks for valuable comment, it is further requested kindly clear my understanding regarding the earmarked fund at earlier stage. I rephrase my scenario, currently what happening in our environment is that Budget is not checked/commit at IW31 but at the time of release of PM order. We need that budget must be committed at IW31 when the Reservation/PR document is generates as it happens in case of MM while Reservation/PR is made.
