BUDCON report Anamoly

Hello ,

Creating an identical Budcon report with GRR3 whereby we are trying to exclude the carried fwd POs( thru FMJ2) from consumable budget. and entered "ENTR" for Budg.Process - characterestic.But report is not displaying the budgeted values entered thru FMBB.If I do not use budget process then it displays all the values in consumable budget inclusing FMJ2 POs which i need to exclude.

Please guide

Would like to add a point here that on double clicking the line item which is blank , the values budgeted with FMBB can be viewed at document level
