Hello everyone

I am facing a problem in Subscription Order Management.

I have well configured transaction types, categories, but after submitting a new provider order (PRVO) with a recurring fee item (PROP), the order is saved and marked as released, but the subscription contract is not generated.

In the order actions, I get the following :

- Status : Error

- Action Definition : UPDATE_TERMINATION (Processing SOM_CONTRACTCANCEL is started --- Action could not be successfully executed)

- Processing Type : Method Call

- Executable : Done

In change history :

- Header : Released

- Header : Order Modified, For Copying

- Item : Released

- Item : ISX Messagetypes determined

Thank you for your help

The issue is occurring on SAP S/4HANA 2020 FPS02.

Tried on SAP S/4HANA 1909 FPS01 and it is working.

Always the same story with SAP : you spend 75 of the time fixing unbelievable bugs, 20% on the time understanding what is the new name of the product you working on, and only 5% of the time really using the product. lol

Hi Lamine,

there must be an error visible from the app also? Are you using Fiori? Do you have a screenshot?

The error comes from a wrong configuration of the PPF actions in SAP. After the versions 1909 FPS01, for some reason, the methods called are totally wrong (wrong sequence, and even wrong method called).

The solution is to copy the configuration from FPS01.
