My Question is Whether BRIM is separate Module or Industry Specific Solution? What type of Industries it will help to its clients.

You are using the wrong tag on this question as it is not related to SAP IQ. I'm not finding an SAP BRIM tag but it looks like SAP Hybris Billing or SAP Convergent Charging may be a useful tags.
