BPGE and BPHI - it is a different story, though they are supposed to be affected. Look at all OFD* transaction - there is a whole bunch of them - and apply what is necessary.
Anyway, if you are in 'complete deletion of BP* data' game, then you have to be ready to make some manual cleansing, as these actions are not exactly foreseen by standard SAP tools/procedures.
