Is there any way (SAP Program) to delete the data from BPJA tables ?

Great. It worked fine. But against few line items we are still getting data in BPGE & BPHI Table. There are no issue for BPJA Table.

Will there be any issue due to fiscal year version 000, 2018 which is still open ??

Refer the reply from Support team.

"I have manually tested the archiving program for FM_BUDSUM in your system T20 and could see that you must select as last fiscal year 2017. However, with this selection you will not archive or delete any BPGE data, because of still existing BPJA data in the current fiscal year 2018"
