BPF issue "Impossible to create Excel Instance."

Dear all,

I'm currently facing an issue opening Excel report/input from BPF (BPC 10 NW).

The error I get is "Impossible to create Excel Instance"

I'm using IE 11 Version 11.576.14393.0

Excel 2013 64-bit Part of Microsoft Office 365 Business

My Operating System is Windows 10 pro 64 bit

I'm working on BPC 10 NW

I've tried to install:

EPMEXCLCLNT27P_2-10011004

EPMEXCLCLNT26P_3-10011004

EPMEXCLCLNT25P_1-10011004

But the issue still remain.

Please advice how to solve this issue.

Core BPC 801 SP04 is terribly old, upgrade required!

I've tried but the issue still remain.

I have the same issue on another laptop with the same settings, the only difference is that I've tried to install EPMEXCLCLNT28P_2-10011004.

Have you any other suggestions?

Hi Paola,

Are the input forms/reports path changed in BPF templates? Does any other user face this issue, or another laptop/desktop? Try to create a new BPF template with only one step to open a report and deploy the template and then check again...
