Dear Experts,
BPC10 logon issue . I have created a user Id with exact roles and access in BW & BPC.
I am able to logon to other environment but not the required environment
Roles:
BW roles:
1) /poa/bui_flex_client
2) /poa/bui/um_user
BPC :
Task Profile full access
Member profile full access.
I am getting the attached error, i am not able to logon to BPC start page(Required Environment). If I connect with other environment its working fine.
whereas I have copied same user test1 with same roles an profiles, The copied userid is working fine.
Please advise.
Thanks in advance

Ajay

Dear All,
Sorry for the delay to reply.
I have tried all the above suggestions but still facing the same problem.
1) I have copied the same user as test(issue user) to Test1(copied user) whereas its working fine for test1.
2) I am able to login with other environment with the affected user (test) but not able to login the environment which I am looking for to login
3) some times if I try to login some role is automatically created for the affected user(test)
Role name : ZBPC_BUI_TEST.
please suggest .

Hi Srini
Please confirm if your roles are attached to the user IDs from the backend by security team. If that is the case, you need to provide specific access for the given environment to the user ID in question. The role might look fine but that ID need to have access to the environment to be provided by security team.
Dear Gajendra ,
Thanks for your response, but I have assigned all roles related the ENV
Roles :
Front End:
Teams : ADMIN
Task Profile : FULL TASK
Data Access: FULL MEMBER
Back End:
1) /POA/BUI_FLEX_CLIENT
2) /POA/BUI_UM_USER
Even I have tried giving SAP_ALL access at the back.
Please suggest.

Hello Srini,
You said you tested a number of things including creating a new user Test1 with the same profiles as Test and Test1 is working correctly. Have you done the test for Test1 from the same client machine as the one used for testing Test or a different client machine? Is it possible that something in the environment of the client machine maybe causing this issue?

Leila
Hi Andy/Renne,
I have deleted the Internet Cookies/Deleted all the cache files in my IE by opening the Internet Options-->settings--> view files (deleted all the temp files) and also deleted the local machine temp files as well but still facing the same issue,
the issue for that specific user is same in all the machine. tried in client machine and my machine still facing the same error.
Kindly advise.

Please execute transaction code /POA/SFCPCONFIG and then click Refresh Server Cache.
Then clear IE cache and reopen IE to try again.

Hi Srini,
Deleta all the cache in your IE by open internet options, click on settings in browsing settings, click on view file, then delete all the files there.
also make sure you give your self access to that new environment.

Hi Srini,
Login with admin ID in required ENV , remove all the task and data access profile, remove that user ID. and Log off.
Also delete all Roles: except
BW roles:
1) /poa/bui_flex_client
2) /poa/bui/um_user
Log in with admin ID - add the user , add task and data access profiles.

Hello,
The screen print is showing that the attempt is being made to load BPC information for the user, it is not necessarily failing until we can see some error. The following are some of the things I suggest checking:
