BPC WorkStatus Locks not working on Hierarchy Leaves

Hi All,

We are using embedded BPC 10.1.

We have enabled workstatus Models and included them in Reports for users to set the Work status.

This is working fine in Dev and the users are able to set the WS at the Cost Center Hierarchy Node or at Leaf level (individual Cost Center). Our Cost Center Hierarchy is a Text Node Hierarchy.

After transporting to Quality the Workstatus locks can be set only at the Node level and no change is possible from the Cost Center level.

We have investigated this along with Security Team and have even tried with SAP_ALL access, but have npt found any solution yet.

If anyone has a similar experience or can provide some inputs to resolve this, then please let me know.

Hi Amrita,

May I ask how you got work status to lock at Cost Center Hierarchy Node level. Our Cost Center Hierarchy is also a Text Node Hierarchy. your assistance is appreciated .

I am struggling with locking workstatus at node level but they are working perfectly at the base member level.

We found the issue was with some incorrect data in the hierarchy in QA system. After aligning the hierarchy the WS locks started working for us.
