BPC WEB CLIENT ERROR

Hi,

Please help me to achieve this issue. I am getting one error related to Adobe Flash payer,while logging in the SAP EPM 10 Web Client. Currently Using Adobe Flash Player 21.0 version, IE 9.0 32 bit.

Hi Mahesh,

Try out the following steps

1. Run the program UJA_DATA_CHECKER in SE38 and check if interface elements such as POA/HOMEPREF is missing

2. If you see that interface elements are missing, then this might be the reason for the error messages on the front end.

Run the program UJA_INITIALIZE_BUI_PST in SE38.

To know how to run this program , check SAP NOTE 1722516 - BPC 10 NW The resource for alias is missing

Hi

Try browser IE latest version. Please make sure you did activate all the necessary services in SICF as mentioned in the post installation guide.

Hi,

What is SP Level?

Please check BPC product matrix:

     - Internet Explorer 9.0 (32 bit as of SP06) & (64 bit as of SP09)

Hi Mahesh,

I am asking BPC Component SP Level.

To check this:

1. Log on to BW

2. navigate to system and then status

3. Click on glass button next to Product Version tab

4. you can now see the BPC Component- "CPMBPC"
