BPC - Web access error while launching web page for HANA 1610

I am trying to connect to BPC through web to test Real Time Consolidation feature but getting attached message, any pointers here?

Hello Sachin,

Could you please check:

1- that your BPC, BW and SAP_UI versions are compatible according to the SAP Note: 2103585 - Product Component Matrix for SAP Business Planning & Consolidation 10.1, version for Net Weaver 7.4

2- that your services mentioned in the following SAP Note are activated:

  2110583 - BPC 10.1: Logon Failure "Service cannot be reached" / Error 403 forbidden launching BPC we...

Please provide full details.......which version pf BPC etc. Has the Basis done all the settings required for Web logon? Have they tested it themselves? All authorisations are provided to the User ID through which you are trying to log on?

Thanks for your response.  BPC: Real Time Consolidation (RTC) 10.1 on S4 HANA (BPC Optimised for S4 HANA).

I am working with my Basis team and shall provide more details.

Also by any chance is there any formal RTC sap help document available in public domain?
