BPC User Role Issue in 10.1

Hi All,

Basically, we observe that whenever user is logging in the Production system; standard role(s) are getting replaced by an automated role which is generated upon user’s login.

For example: XYZ_USR_ID got a new role: ZBPC__BUI_XYZ_USR_ID

Can you please help any suggestions as why the Roles are getting replaced automatically upon login to prod system. Appreciate your quick help on this.

Hi Vadim,

First we transported SU01 user roles from Dev to Prod which was working as expected in prod system. But later due to business requirement change, we changed one of the existing user role to new role by deleting existing role and transported the same to Prod system. After transporting, we see issue of the standard role(s) are getting replaced with automated role.

Do we need to take any preventive measures in this case if so can you share any relevant preventive steps to be followed.
