Hello,
We are upgrading from BPC 10.1/BW7.4 to BPC 10.1/BW 7.5 SP20… After upgrade, In BPC Administration page – Security users list is blank and security teams, task profiles ,data access profile descriptions are missing.
Users still able to access BPC application even though we dont see their ID's on the portal page.
Any one seen this issue?

This is a recent issue reported and addressed through SAP Note 2707874 - Users list missing in BPC web - BPC NW

Hi Luis,
we have an incident open with SAP & already checked the note that you mentioned. Everything looks fine in UJE* tables.Dont see any issues.
when checked in BW we didnot see any BPC roles assigned but user still able to access application.Not sure how this works.
we are able to manually add users back & add them to the teams.
Trying to see what caused the issue & how to avoid the same in other env's..we currently upgraded only our sandbox env.
