BPC UJBR Restore

Hello,

We just upgraded our BPC from Release 801 SP2 to Release 801 SP13.  Is there a new process for doing a UJBR copy back?  We have used the same copy of our production system to our Quality system that is still on 801 SP2 and we have everything, including Logic Script.  When I look at the Logic Script in our Sandbox environment that has been upgraded all of the Logic Script is missing.

Thank you,

Robert

Robert,

The process didn't change. It is possible that something went wrong during the restore. You can check if there were any log entries (slg1) or shortdumps (st22). I'd try re-running the restore.

Akos,

We did a UJBR from our Production environment which is release 801 SP2, to the newly upgraded Sandbox environment of release 801 SP13.  Could this be causing any issue?  Restoring an older version to an upgraded environment?

Thank you,

Robert

Robert,

I wouldn't think so. We do upgrades from 7.0/7.5 to 10/10.1 on regular basis and we use B\R  process to bring the initial content over (sometimes it's with a DMO but that's not as prevalent). So I don't think the SP difference would cause to have the restore issues unless there is a logic issue in Sp13 that needs to be patched up.
