To activate the same I executed UJA_DATA_CHECKER and UJS_ACTIVATE_CONTENT and below are the results from after executed the spedified programs. Please advise.

Hi Srikant,

Not sure if you are still facing the issue or you have already got some solution.

As per my understanding, you are able to see the environment in RSA1 in BW but not in BOC web.

For this, I would suggest to ask someone with SAP_ALL access to login to BPC web and see if he/she can see the transported environment. If yes, then ask them to add your user ID as admin to this environment and then try with your ID and you should be able to see the environment.

Srikant,

When you run UJS_DATA_CHECKER and click F4, can you see your environment name from the HELP popup? If not, that means the environment is not reflected in the BPC tables, e.g. UJA_APPL.

Hello,

Please check and confirm if BPC objects are activated on the destination system.  We have had a few issues reported occasionally when a transport is successful but BPC changes are not visible from the web client.  We found that a BPC specific step after import to activate the environment was not done.

You can also verify  if the after import has been configured properly this by executing t-code SOBJ and check Methods and ensure that after_import method for the missing BPC objects, e.g. TEAM are checked properly

Hi Srikant

I think the root cause is that you assign the "SAP_ALL" profile to the BPC service user "BPC_SERVICE".

According to the installation guide, the "BPC_SERVICE" user should be assigned role "SAP_BPC_SERVICE".

So the solution is to remove the "SAP_ALL" profile from BPC service user "BPC_SERVICE".I also suggest you first check the user in UJE_USER table in BI system and what roles and profiles for this user is assign. You also discussed with your bpc security team for this problem.

Hi Khokan

Yes "SAP_ALL" profile has assigned to BPC service user "BPC_SERVICE"

Role "SAP_BPC_SERVICE" has also assigned to user "BPC_SERVICE"

UJE_TEAM_AGR and UJE_USER_AGR looks same as other Environment but

UJE_PROFILE_AGR table looks bit different as below:

I noticed that 'AdminMbraccprf" and "ALLTASK" profile does not exist over here. is this recommend to maintain missing profiles in table level? or we have to re-transport the Environment from DEV to QA.

Thanks

Hi Srikant,

Before re transport read this BPC installation guide carefully, remove the "SAP_ALL" profile from "BPC_SERVICE" user.Clean the environment and related content from BW. Re transport the environment from DEV to QA.

Hi Srikant,

Please check whether the ENVIRONMENTSHELL exist in QA or not. Also run program UJA_DATA_CHECKER for ENVIRONMENTSHELL to check if it was successfully created/activated.

Hi Ashish

Thanks for you reply.

Environmentshell is exist in QA and am able to access that also. We have executed both the programs (UJA_DATA_CHECKER and UJS_ACTIVATE_CONTENT) for Environmentshell but still the Transported Environment is not reflecting in BPC web. Please advise.

Thanks
