BPC Transport Issue TR data shows in report

Hi Expert,

I am facing a  problem regarding bpc transport, after successfully transporting the reports and input schedules from Dev to QA, I see the transaction data are appear in report and input schedule but it disappear once  I refresh the sheet. Every time when  I open the sheet it shows the data.Anybody having  any idea why  is it happening and what is the necessary things to remember at the time of transporting report and input schedule.

Hi,

The possible reason is While working in development system you have tested the report with a certain combination and data arrived in the template. You have saved the same report on server with temp data and transported it. Now you opened the same report in target system and found that data which is temporary. Please select the correct combination to get the proper data in target system.

Hi Ashish,

The temp data appear when I open the report or input schedule in target system.But I don't want to see data in my report in the target system while opening or refreshing it.Is there any other way the report shows blank when opening it.

Hi,

Yes, you can delete the data from local template and save it with no value in template on server and transport it again.

I cant re-transport due to some other reason.Is there any way without transport  I can achieved it in target system.

Hi,

Yes, you can check in your target system whether you can directly modify and update the template in it or as a second option you can use UJFS T-code to update the template from backend.

Check "Clear data in whole file when saving it" - from sheet options.

You cannot transport transactional data but you should somehow upload it.

How did you upload the data in Dev system?

No,I was not try to send any tr data.I transported only report and input schedule but when i check the report and input schedule in QA. the report shows in QA with tr data but once i refresh the sheet it disappear this is first  time happened with me.

It was not clear to me before the comments below that he did not want this figures to appear... I understood contra wise.
