BPC Team Users cannot read data

Dear Experts,

Sometime ago we upgraded BW 7.3 from SP 6 to SP 19. Since the upgrade, when users are assigned to teams, they are able to save data but they are not able to read data. When the relevant data access profiles are assigned directly, users are able to both save and read data.

We have implemented note 1994720 to no avail.

We are on BPC NW 10.0 SP 16
