BPC Report Showing Blank When Refreshed

Hello,

One of you BPC Users is having issues with running reports. Whenever she opens a report to refresh the data comes back to as blank. The dimensions in the rows and columns are visible, but the intersections where the amounts would come back show blank.

I've looked in other forums about this issue and haven't seen with one person causing the issue.

The user is on BPC 10.1 SP33 Patch 2. Build 10219 using Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus.
