We are facing one strange issue.
For one of the Data manager package in BPC, the Log is not getting created.
When we click on Package view status, it shows successful. But when we try to see log, it says log file couldn't found.
We tried to check in UJFS - Private publications. The folder not created for the date triggered on. for other packages its working well.
could you please help on it?

Is it possible that there was a cleanup and log files that are older than a certain date were removed? Removing older log files is not unusual, in fact it is necessary if you are facing issues especially during UJBR restore or backup.

No, its not cleanup issue. Because for other packages the log file is getting created in private publications,. But only for this file its not creating. Not only for me, for other user private publications folders only for this packages.
Not sure, what could be wrong here

I understand the problem better now, thank you for the explanation. You are saying that you are executing the package now but are not getting the log.
Were you ever able to create the logs for this package in the past? If so please look into what has changed.
