BPC Package Link prompt log

Hi guys,

we're heavily using package links in order to automate our multi step BPC activities.

Does anyone know how these Data Manager Package Links and their prompts are stored in the backend?

They must be somewhere, however I'm struggeling to discover them.

Are there any UJ tables or maybe xml files?

Thanks fpor sharing your ideas...

Cheers

Claus

What about UJD_LINK_LOG, UJG_LK_PRO_LOG?

Vadim

Simply look in SE16 on tables UJD*

Hi Vadim,

unfortunately not the info, I am after.

The UJD_LINK_LOG contains the info about the link runs, loggin them using a time stamp.

No clue what the UJG_LK_PRO_LOG is about. It's not even in our dictionary.

What I am after is more the configuration (i.e. promt settings) of a Data Package Link.

Since these Promts get transported with the Data Package Link they must be stored somewhere. What do you reckon?

P.S. "It's not even in our dictionary" - what do you mean?

Thanks Vadim,

I was confused and looked up the UJG_LK... table (as mentioned in your initial reply) and not the one listed above as UJD_LK...

and YES, the latter we do have in our dictionary, of course.

In fact, I am pretty sure that the content of the table holds the clue to the answer to my question, which I assume is the link under the ANSWER_PROMPT property.

All I need to figure out now is how to 'translate' the link ino a Web adress that can be accessed via the browser...

Thanks again, Vadim!

Cheers

"All I need to figure out now is how to 'translate' the link ino a Web adress that can be accessed via the browser..." - sorry, but unclear! What do you mean by translation? What do you want to access via the browser???
