BPC NW Standard ( Member Dimension formula)

Hi Team ,

We are Using SAP BPC 10.1 NW version .. Currently we developed one report in that report , We incorporate 16 Member dimension formula in that Report

Observed that , Report is refreshing consuming more time ... Is there any limitation on the Member dimension formula used in the BPC Report

Please suggest ... So we can change accordingly or Restrict the Member dimension formula in the Report

There is no limit on dimension formulas in one report.

The performance issues can be due to complexity of formulas and multiple measures used in report. Each case have to be analyzed separately!

Hi Dayalan M,

I don't know if there is a limitation of the number of member formulas in a report but 14 should be fine.

There are some notes to improve performances. Please search with keyword "member formula performance" under component EPM-BPC*, for example, 3082210, 2349564...

You can also find the performance bottleneck from the ST12 trace and search for related notes.
