BPC NW 10.1 : Exporting/downloading transactional datas to an output file with signeddatas in columns month by month ?

Hello BPC experts,

Did some of you have already tried to make a transactional datas export to a flat file with a determined format ?

I'm explaining myself : I used the process chain /CPMB/EXPOT_TD_TO_FILE

My selection are the following :

CATEGORY = BUDGET

ACCOUNT = <ALL>

PROFIT CENTER = <ALL>

TIME = 2016

I managed to export my transactional datas with the following format in the output file :

However, I would like to export my datas with the following format in order to upload them in a ERP tool (month by month) :

What would be the right parameters for the transformation file in order to obtain the output format above ?

Hi Karim,

Can you try using this option in Option section "EXPORTFORMAT = CATEGORYBYTIME".

I personally havent used this option but as per help suggests it says

"Using the CATEGORYBYTIME option generates an output file categorized by time period.".

Not sure how it works....but try.

and if you are going to upload it month on month, then why not export the data with month selection???
