BPC NW 10.1 : consolidation create a new journal - error

Hi ,

I would like to create a new journal for my consolidation models

Path : web / consolidation / Journal / create and manage the journal entries

Click on 'new journal' icon

Enter the values for the following dimensions : acouint / flow / intercos / etc..

Click on 'save'

And the system give the following message : "UJX_ERROR_007 Invalid XML Format"

See the file above in order to see  the hard copy of message

Can you help me to solve this error message ?

Thanks for you quick answer

But th system has the version BW74 SP11 and CPMBPC810 SP5

So this note 19644931 is not applied

That's the reason why I always ask to provide SP info Unfortunately no other ideas!

For information, I will ask to apply this note in administration service , may be ther is a mistake for version in sap note.....
