BPC Journal 10 auto reverse without clicking auto-reverse icon

hi All,

we have posted a journal without ticking the auto-reverse and some how in the bpc cube, it auto-reverse the amount and the journal becomes 0. is there any setting that auto-reverse the amount with all same dimensions ?

Is this a re-opened journal? How many times did this isssue occur?

if this has a relationship whith what arrived

If the issue occurs again, create a SAP Incident to analyze the backed better.
