BPC hierarchy text table

Hi,

I have in BW a Hierarchy which is created in BPC.

I see the structure of the hierarchy in table /B28/HFMDBGY2.

However, I am not able to find the text for the notes in table RSTHIERNODE.

If I search for The Internal hierarchy ID it returns no result. Neither if I search for one of the texts.

Are BPC hierarchy text in another table? Or any idea why I cannot see this.

First get the hier list using

TRY.
lo_dim->if_uja_dim_data~get_hier_list( IMPORTING et_hier_info_caption = lt_hier_info ).

CLEAR: gt_rsnodes[],
gt_rsnodes_lnk[],

gs_hiekey-hieid = <fs_heir_collect>-hier_id.
gs_hiekey-objvers = <fs_heir_collect>-objvers.

Hi

BPC Standard generates BW InfoObjects with hierarchies containing only 'postable nodes', i.e. inner hierarchy nodes are dimension members. The description of the hierarchy nodes in the hierarchy thus comes from the dimension members (i.e. the text table of the dimension members). You can check this easily using transaction RSD1.

I did not realise that the text for the hierarchy node are in the same table as text for the account (postable nodes) when it comes from BPC.

Sorry it was a typo, it should be text for the hierarchy node.
