BPC for Excel on IE11

Hi,

We have recently migrated to BPC NW 10.0. We have an issue with launching EPM add in for excel from web admin.

After clicking on the option it says 'done but with errors' and nothing open up. Please note that it is happening only with the users who has IE11.

For other version it is working perfectly working fine.

I tried compatability view and turned off pop-up blocker but still doesn't work. I have gone through the forum and found related note 1934026 however it says both 32 & 64 bit version supports EPM with SP 16 and above. We are on SP 21.

Can you please someone advise if you have came across this kind of issue.

We are also using MS Office 2013.

What is you core BPC version and SP? Not EPM!

Then from the note:

  • Internet Explorer 11 (32 bit) is supported in BPC NW 10 SP 14 (801 SP07) and later with the limitation that compatibility view should be used.
  • Internet Explorer 11 (64 bit) is supported in BPC NW 10 SP 16 (801 SP09)and later with the limitation that compatibility view should be used.
