BPC Excel- Park N Go Functionality issue?

Hi,

We are on BPC NW 7.5 . When we put the Input Schedule offline using 'Park N Go' functionality it takes very long. When we hit this option it will go and refresh the report/Input Schedule from server which is time consuming.

1) Do we have any option with which we can directly take offline without refreshing the report/input schedule to server.

2) When we save the report/Input Schedule after taking it offline sometimes the content of the file opens as #NAME?, we cannot actually see the data. what do we do?

Please suggest.

1) Have you looked into distribution list (under epublish menu) functionality? My understanding is that standard Park N Go will refresh automatically.

2) Is this a multi tab worksheet? If yes, noticed that the tab you are in while clicking park N Go works fine, all other tabs have #Name or #value. If you use distribution list functionality, it works. Or try savings as an .xls file and it may work.

This depends upon the version of the excel you are using also.

Regards
