BPC Dimension not processing after adding PARENTH1

Hi

I added one of the members in PARENTH1 and processed successfully, but still the button "Save and Process" is in enabled state and back in dimension list "Need to be processed" is appearing. If I go again into Dimension members, PARENTH1 is appearing as empty. Can anyone help me in this regard?

Ex:

ID PARENTH1

A1 PA3

A2 PA4

PA3 GP

PA4 GP

PA4 disappears after processing. I did from backend also using the program "UJA_REFRESH_DIM_CACHE" still not able to see exact P4 under PARENTH1, it will be blank or appears GP in PARENTH1.

After process PARENTH1 is appearing as shown below:

Ex:

A1 GP

A2

PA3 GP

PA4 GP

In this project, we don't have net access, thumb drive access, the client have a lot of restrictions. We all our team will use one internet machine (sharing a net machine, project machine is different which doesn't have net access, thumb drive access)

The person named "Support S" is common id which all our teams use to raise incidents to SAP.

If you are able to give a general answer without screenshot then it will be helpful to me, else thank you for your support for giving a reply.

Try to understand that SAP Community is a community of REAL people, not fake account like "Support S"

You can always make a photo of the screen using your mobile phone. If this is also restricted then I can't help you. And to my mind this project will fail...

P.S. You need to have a test system with internet access

Without screenshots is it possible to provide the solution based on example given. What are the steps should be done to get process for dimension, PARENTH1 not accepting members.
