BPC chains not working without a log

Hi all.

Our system is BW system with embedded BPC here the versions:

• BW 7.4
• BPC 10.5

We have upgraded the operating system from SLES 11 SP4 to SLES 15 SP3, the database from sybase 15.7.0.138 to 16.0.03.12 and kernel from 7.53 PL 500 to 7.53 PL 1000.

Now we are having an issue with BPC chains that are not working without any clear log.

All the other chains that are not BPC chains are working fine.

We don’t find any logs with more information.

Could you support us to understand the issue?
