BPC BPF 10.1 Error opening excel template in my activities

In activities hyperlinks:

I'm trying to open the excel template and I do not open anything.

This Excel template has already been defined in process templates and is running in process instances.

The link path gives me javascript: void (0);

Please check below threads for S notes and helpful answers...Which version are you working on Standard or Embeded? BPC and BW SP's....etc..
