Hi,
When I publish a book with multiple pages / reports like Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash flow for various entities into PDF, I do not get the Index/Content page and every page number is labelled as Pg 1 of 1.
How can I get the Index page as well as the correct page numbers to show up?
