BPC blank screen

Hello,

I have BPC 10.1,SAP_BW750 SP07 and SAP_UI750 SP07 and I get an blank screen after loggin into <server>/sap/epm/bpc/web/

I followed the steps of the notes 0002274155

Already the first point caused an error

For BPC 10.1:

1. Go to transaction SICF in NetWeaver
2. Type “SERVICE” in the "Hierarchy Type" field and click the Execute button
3. A new screen will be shown, expand the following paths under "Virtual Hosts / Services": default_host->sap->bc-> ui5_ui5->sap->bpcwebclient
4. Right click on bpcwebclient and select Test Service, you will be prompted to grant access.

After right clicking on bpcwebclient ist shows me:

Filesap/bpclocwebclient/index.html NOTfound!

Does somebody has an idea?
